What we are looking for

We are looking for a Senior Creative Concept Developer for our digital and integrated communication and innovation projects with landmark clients such as Mercedes-Benz, Escada or Steiff.

Responsibilities

At neulandherzer, you’ll create and develop sustainable, creative and clever ideas, communication strategies and guiding campaign principles—for both purely digital and integrated projects. You’ll conceptualise integrated and cross-media content formats, turn research into competitor analyses and keep up-to-date on the most recent technologies, current topics, and methods of communication. You’ll tell stories that work in the digital realm via 360° and VR/AR technologies, but also that matter in analogue. You’ll apply your knowledge how applications and their interfaces perform best for users as well as your experience in methods ranging from persona development to click dummies.

You’ll exercise project stewardship from outline to implementation and will instruct your team. On the client side, you prepare our concepts concisely, present them convincingly and offer consultancy throughout.

Your ideal skill set and attitude

We expect a passion for new media and tech innovations, but also concrete, long-standing experience dealing with brands, digital projects and social media.

You are well versed in the digital media environment and know how to excel in a team regarding brand design, mood boards, style guides, user journeys, storytelling, personae and creativity techniques. You have high standards and bring along successfully field-tested methods for the concept phase. Of course, you are able to communicate your concepts perfectly – in German and English. You love anything to do with digital innovation, social media, pop culture and media as a whole.
